Filing time savings calculator
Estimate the time and cost your team spends on formatting, rules checks and filing assembly, and what saving part of it would be worth. Enter your own numbers for each role.
The starting numbers are example values, not benchmarks. Replace them with your own. The result is only as good as the inputs, and it is an estimate, not a promise of savings. DraftAria does not publish typical-savings figures.

How it is calculated. For each role: people × filings per person per month × hours per filing × the share you expect to save = hours saved a month. Hours × the hourly rate = value a month. Yearly figures are 12 times the monthly ones.
"Value" means the billable or loaded cost of the time, depending on which rate you enter. Time saved is only worth that much if it is billed or put to other use, and the estimate does not account for the cost of any software.
