Review Tables

Ask the same questions of 50 documents, and check every answer against the text.

Put up to 50 documents in rows and your questions in columns. Aria fills in each cell with an answer and the exact passage it relied on, and DraftAria then checks that the passage really appears in the document.

Quote verification

Every answer comes with a quote. Every quote is checked.

Quote found in document

The supporting quote was found word for word in the document. Click the cell to see the passage highlighted in place and read the text around it.

Quote not found — verify

The quote could not be found in the document, so the answer is marked for you to check by hand. The table header counts how many quotes still need verifying.

The check is plain text matching, not another AI call. It ignores differences that don’t change the words (line breaks, curly or straight quotation marks, dash styles, capitalization), and a quote shortened with an ellipsis matches only when each part appears in order. When a document doesn’t answer a question, the cell says Not found instead of a guess.

How it works

From a stack of documents to a table you can check.

  1. Create a tableStart blank or from a column template, such as contract key terms or an exhibit list.
  2. Add documentsAdd up to 50: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or text files, or pasted text.
  3. Ask your questionsUp to 30 columns, each a question with an answer type: text, date, yes / no, number, or one of a list of options.
  4. Review and exportOpen any cell to read the quote in context, re-check what is flagged, and download the table as Excel (with each quote check colour-coded), a Word or PDF report, or CSV.

Column templates

Start from a template, then make it yours.

Contract key terms

Parties, dates, term, governing law, termination, assignment and indemnity cap.

Exhibit list

Description, date, author, recipient and Bates range for each exhibit.

Deposition key topics

Witness, date, main topics, key admissions and exhibits for each transcript.

Lease abstract

Landlord, tenant, premises, term, rent, renewal, assignment and maintenance.

Discovery responses

Request number, objection asserted and response summary for each response.

Key capabilities

Built for document-heavy litigation and transactional work.

Your own columns

Write each column as a question in plain language. Answer types keep the output consistent: dates as dates, yes / no as yes / no.

Answers you can trace

Each cell keeps the supporting quote, so anyone reviewing the table can see where an answer came from.

Excel export

Download the whole table as an Excel workbook, a Word or PDF report, or CSV for your review platform.

Trust and safety

Quotes are checked; answers are still yours to review.

  • A found quote shows the text exists in the document; it doesn’t prove the answer is a correct reading of it. Review the table before relying on it.
  • AI output is a draft for attorney review. Aria's answers are labelled "Drafted by Aria · review before relying on it".
  • Aria is instructed never to invent citations, quotations or facts, and to flag what it can't verify. Run Citation Check before you rely on any authority.

Your firm's documents stay in your firm's workspace, separated from other firms at the database level. The text needed for a request is sent to the AI model provider to produce the answer.

Read exactly what is sent, what is kept and for how long in Security & data handling and the Trust Center, including the subprocessor list.
