Available

Microsoft Word add-in

Insert captions, signature blocks and certificates of service and check formatting inside Word. Integrations

Word and PDF downloads

Download generated templates, Aria’s answers, agent results, reports and Library documents as Word (.docx) or PDF, and tables as Excel (.xlsx). Word downloads use Word’s built-in styles (Title, Heading 1–6, Body Text, List Paragraph with real numbering, Quote), so the Navigation pane, Word’s Table of Contents and add-ins that read document structure recognize the headings. Table of contents and table of authorities placeholders become Word TOC and TOA fields, with citations marked for the table of authorities, so you can build them with Update Field.

Redline and uploads

Redline compares Word, PDF, Excel and PowerPoint files (spreadsheets cell by cell, decks slide by slide) and exports the result as a Word document with real tracked changes, a PDF redline or an Excel change report. Upload PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, as well as RTF, email and text, to Ask Aria, Agents, Review Tables, Redline and the Document Library; PDF and Word files also work in Citation Check and Document Analysis. Scanned PDFs without a text layer aren’t read yet.
